A new project with a practical purpose.
prompt_action, the pro-bono arm of Greenhouse AI, believes that generative AI can break down many of the societal and environmental barriers that exclude people from society or from full participation.
Rather than viewing disability or exclusion as an individual’s limitations, we recognise that businesses and societies often fail to acknowledge or accommodate differences. It’s visible through inaccessible technology, complex language, or simply an overwhelming focus on the majority.
Our goal is to empower individuals with the AI tools and skills to use them. We focus on removing obstacles, promoting independence, and giving everyone access to AI opportunities on equal terms.

Practical training now, scalable support over time.
prompt_action offers direct training for groups in need but also longer-term train-the-trainer sessions and AI-agent development to help organisations build their own capabilities.
Accessible learning materials
Our trainers use visual guides, plain English, audio versions, and video tutorials to help participants learn.
Train-the-trainer model
While we run sessions directly, we also want to build scalability and local ownership. Our train-the-trainer model enables charities and community organisations to deliver training themselves.
Tailored AI assistants
We take our in-person sessions that use out-of-the-box LLMs to the next level by developing fine-tuned AI assistants for specific groups to use.
Access to tools
To make sure our workshops have the biggest impact, everyone attending must have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can get online. The partnering charity or organisation that identifies participants is responsible for getting access to suitable devices, whether the participants’ own, through loan schemes, shared facilities, or donations.
