Andrew Burgess

Founder, Trainer

Andrew is the founder of prompt_action and GreenhouseAI, an AI strategy and ethics consultancy. He is the author of ‘The Executive Guide to Artificial Intelligence’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024).

Andrew has been working in AI for over a decade. With the advent of generative AI, he recognised its transformative benefits, but he also saw groups of people being left behind – and these were the people that AI could help the most. prompt_action is his response to that disparity.

Sandra Higgison

Marketing, Trainer

Sandra is a brand, marketing, and content leader who works with global professional services and technology firms. AI is often the subject of her work, but it’s also a tool that helps her be more effective and explore new approaches, while maintaining authenticity and judgement. As a prompt_actionworkshop trainer, she loves seeing attendees’ a-ha moments when they realise how AI can help.
